Motorists should follow posted detour

FAIRFAX, VA - Beginning on Monday, Oct. 14, and continuing weeknights through Tuesday, Nov. 26, the ramp from Georgetown Pike to southbound I-495 will be closed so crews can conduct sound wall work as part of the 495 NEXT Project. The ramp closure will be in place Mondays through Fridays, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning.

Closures and stoppages necessary for Georgetown Pike Bridge demolition work

FAIRFAX, VA - Triple lane closures and periodic total traffic stoppages are scheduled to occur nightly on north- and southbound I-495 (Capital Beltway) in the vicinity of Georgetown Pike in McLean starting tonight, Friday, Oct. 4 at 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5.

Motorists should follow posted detour to access northbound I-495

FAIRFAX, VA - The ramp from eastbound Dulles Toll Road (Route 267) to northbound I-495 (Exit 18B) will be closed just east of the Route 7 interchange during overnight hours this Wednesday, Sept. 18 through Friday, Sept. 20.
