Overnight Ramp Closures & Detours on Northbound I-495 in Virginia at Dulles Corridor and GW Parkway Interchanges Scheduled to Begin Tonight, Monday Aug. 25
Ramps from westbound and eastbound Dulles Toll Road/Airport Access Highway (Route 267) to northbound I-495 (Capital Beltway) and ramp from northbound I-495 to southbound George Washington Memorial Parkway will be closed and detoured nightly through Sept. 5, with the exception of Aug. 29-Sept. 1, for 495 NEXT project work
FAIRFAX, VA - Starting on or about tonight, Monday, Aug. 25 and continuing nightly through Thursday night, Aug. 28, and again Tuesday night, Sept. 2 through Friday night, Sept. 5, the ramp from eastbound Dulles Toll Road/Airport Access Highway to northbound I-495 (Capital Beltway Inner Loop) (Exit 18B) will be closed and detoured from 9:30 p.m. at night to 5 a.m. the next morning. The ramp from northbound I-495 to southbound George Washington Memorial Parkway (GWMP) (Exit 43) will also be closed and detoured from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning on the same dates.

Overnight Multi-lane Closures and Traffic Stoppages on I-495 Approaching Georgetown Pike in McLean for Two Weeks Starting on or About Aug. 18
Ramp from northbound George Washington Memorial Parkway to southbound I-495 will be closed and detoured beginning Sunday night, Aug. 17; Motorists should expect delays
FAIRFAX, VA - Overnight triple lane closures are scheduled to occur on northbound and southbound I-495 (the Capital Beltway) between the American Legion Memorial Bridge and Dulles Corridor Interchange, for construction work on the new Georgetown Pike Bridge in McLean, starting on or about Monday night, Aug. 18 and continuing Monday through Saturday nights for approximately two weeks.

Overnight Triple Lane Closures on Eastbound Dulles Toll Road Near I-495 and Ramp Closure to Start on or About Sunday Night, Aug. 17
Closures needed for paving work; Motorists should expect potential delays
FAIRFAX, VA - Triple lane closures on eastbound Dulles Toll Road (DTR) approaching I-495 (the Capital Beltway) are scheduled to occur between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. starting on or about Sunday night, Aug. 17, and continuing for approximately six overnights, except Saturday, Aug. 24. Additionally, the ramp from eastbound DTR and Dulles Airport Access Highway (DAAH) to northbound I-495/Beltway Inner Loop will close during these overnights. This work is weather dependent, and will be pushed to the following overnight if necessary. Crews will be milling and paving this section of DTR and the ramp, as part of the I-495 Express Lanes Northern Extension (495 NEXT) project.
